美国 ITC 对集成电路产品及其下游器件启动 337 调查，苹果、宏碁、联想等为列名被告

IT之家 1 月 28 日消息，据中国贸易救济信息网发布，2022 年 1 月 26 日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定集成电路产品及其下游器件（Certain Integrated Circuit Products and Devices Containing the Same）启动 337 调查（调查编码：337-TA-1295）。

2021 年 12 月 29 日，美国 Future Link Systems，LLC of Santa Clara，California 向美国 ITC 提出 337 立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其专利权（美国注册专利号 7，685，439、8，099，614），请求美国 ITC 发布有限排除令、禁止令。

Of Cayman Islands 、美国 Amlogic （CA） Co.，Inc. of Santa Clara，CA 、中国台湾地区 Realtek Semiconductor Corp. of Hsinchu，Taiwan 、美国 Dell Technologies Inc. of Round Rock，TX 、美国 HP，Inc.of Palo Alto，CA 、中国台湾地区 Acer Inc. of New Taipei City，Taiwan 、美国 Acer America Corp. of San Jose，CA 、中国香港 Lenovo Group Ltd. of Hong Kong 、美国 Lenovo （United States） Inc. of Morrisville，NC、美国 Motorola Mobility LLC of Chicago，IL、美国 Google LLC of Mountain View，CA 为列名被告。

美国国际贸易委员会将于立案后 45 天内确定调查结束期。除美国贸易代表基于政策原因否决的情况外，美国国际贸易委员会在 337 案件中发布的救济令自发布之日生效并于发布之日后的第 60 日起具有终局效力。
