'<p>9月26日国际聋人日,腾讯会议旗下腾讯天籁实验室联合腾讯公益慈善基金会、中国聋人协会、北京爱的分贝公益基金会、中国耳蜗厂商诺尔康神经电子、全球头部人工耳蜗厂商美笛乐MED-EL等机构和合作伙伴,在深圳共同举办"科技有爱,让生活无碍"天籁行动升级发布会。</p><p>发布会上,腾讯天籁实验室总经理商世东发表《AI,让天籁无界》的主题演讲,分享天籁行动过去一年中取得的三大进展,并展望了个性化辅听、AI降噪算法等天籁AI技术的新规划。未来,天籁行动将加快面向社会免费开放天籁AI技术的步伐,用技术和行动助力信息无障碍建设,为更多听障人群带来便利。</p><p>腾讯天籁实验室总经理商世东</p><p>语音平均识别率96.28%,天籁AI技术加速创新突破</p><p>在演讲中,商世东向与会人士分享了天籁行动过去一年取得的关键进展:"人工耳蜗+手机伴侣"联合解决方案,全球首个集听力测试、AI辅听、远程听力服务一体的平台等。</p><p>商世东指出,天籁AI技术的落地应用创新不断迭代,为提升人工耳蜗降噪效果,升级用户使用体验打开全新局面。</p><p>在生活中,噪声对听障人士的生活造成非常大的影响,特别是对人工耳蜗的言语可懂度形成较大干扰。基于此,天籁实验室与诺尔康携手推出"人工耳蜗+手机伴侣"联合解决方案,使人工耳蜗的语音清晰度、可懂度提升40%。</p><p>据诺尔康实验检测数据显示,天籁AI技术与人工耳蜗结合后,相关语音识别性能大幅提升,平均识别率达到96.28%,可以有效保障人工耳蜗使用者真实辨别环境"噪音"。不仅如此,该方案还在手机App中植入天籁AI技术,手机双麦阵列融合AI降噪的联合方案提升信噪比20dB,MOS分提升了0.8-0.9,并将人工耳蜗与手机伴侣间的通信延迟缩减至150毫秒内,提升使用者的听觉体验。这些都对改善听障人群生活有积极的效果。</p><p>"人工耳蜗+手机伴侣"方案图</p><p>其次,天籁实验室和美笛乐共同开发了全球首个集听力测试、AI辅听、远程听力服务于一体的APP美讯听宝,通过软件集成天籁AI语音增强功能,解决了听障人士远程康复治疗痛点。</p><p>集听力测试、AI辅听、远程听力服务于一体美讯听宝</p><p>在技术上,基于语音上下文关系,针对听障用户可感知动态范围小、不同听损状态可感知成份不一的场景特点,天籁实验室打造了新一代AI语音增强方案,促使语音保真和噪声抑制获得更好平衡,真正做到"一键畅听"。实验结果显示,对于听障且未配戴助听设备的用户,可以提升单音节识别率约66%;而在-5到25dB信噪比范围下,新一代AI语音增强方案还可以提升0.7-0.9MOS(总分5.0),有效确保噪声环境下的高质量语音沟通体验。</p><p>在全新发布的美讯听宝中,用户不仅可以进行个性化听力测试,还可以通过AI辅听功能实现在噪音环境下"听清",并可远程连线听力和康复专家接受会诊调机和康复指导服务,从而更好地融入社会。</p><p>携手构建信息无障碍社会,让声音"更清晰"</p><p>2020年国际聋人日,天籁行动正式起航。腾讯天籁实验室,通过面向公益开发者、设备厂商、NGO及行业免费开放腾讯天籁AI技术,携手众多合作伙伴帮助听障人群解决"听不清"难题,助力构建信息无障碍社会。</p><p>商世东表示,在过去的一年中,天籁行动从"技术开放""听力筛查"和"康复行动"三方面着手,不仅发布"帮听障儿童说出爱"项目、"线上数字测听"小程序,还联合社会公益力量共同举办2021年人工听觉技术跨界研讨会iTAP,深度探索了新一代实时音频技术的创新落地应用路径,为满足听障人群多元化的需求创造可能性。</p><p>其中,腾讯天籁实验室联合多方机构及听力学家推出的听力损失自测小工具--线上数字测听测试,帮助听障人士足不出户就可以得到听力健康统计值,短时间内就获得广泛青睐。</p><p>除了推动天籁AI技术在更多场景落地,天籁行动还通过积极联动社会机构和公益组织,为听障人群提供更多元化的康复救助举措。在本次发布会上,腾讯会议、中国聋人协会、腾讯公益慈善基金会和浙江省微笑明天慈善基金会共同发起"悦耳行动",致力为听障人士提供人工耳蜗植入手术救助、康复训练支持及职业培训等服务内容,助推听障人士更好地融入社会,开启新生活。</p><p>悦耳行动项目捐赠仪式</p><p>商世东指出,未来腾讯天籁实验室将继续践行"科技向善"的理念和愿景,充分发挥腾讯会议的平台连接能力,深入探索天籁AI技术在公益领域中的应用边界,让天籁AI技术能够在更多公益场景中落地,并携手合作伙伴让天籁行动的技术成果惠及更多人群。</p>' |
