'<p>科技有爱,让生活无碍。眼下,人工智能、大数据等新兴技术加速融入生产生活场景,推动科技更好服务于人,其中对无障碍社会建设的应用更为特殊人群带来便利。</p><p>9月26日国际聋人日,腾讯会议旗下腾讯天籁实验室联合腾讯公益慈善基金会、中国聋人协会、北京爱的分贝公益基金会、中国耳蜗厂商诺尔康神经电子、全球头部人工耳蜗厂商美笛乐MED-EL等机构和合作伙伴,在深圳共同举办"科技有爱,让生活无碍"天籁行动升级发布会。</p><p>在发布会上,天籁行动公布三大最新进展,其中包括:以"人工耳蜗+手机伴侣"联合解决方案进一步提升听障人士"听得清"体验;推出全球首个集听力测试、AI辅听、远程听力服务一体的平台,解决听障人士远程康复痛点;同时,联合社会各界共同发起"悦耳行动"等系列公益活动,推动天籁AI技术惠及更多听障人士,助力信息无障碍社会建设。</p><p>三大成果支持听障人士覆盖听力康复、听力筛查多领域</p><p>天籁行动于2020年国际聋人日正式启动,通过面向公益开发者、设备厂商、NGO及行业免费开放腾讯天籁AI技术,帮助听障人群解决"听不清"的难题。</p><p>此次发布会上,腾讯会议旗下腾讯天籁实验室总经理商世东表示,在过去一年中,天籁实验室持续聚焦"技术开放"、"听力筛查"和"康复行动"三个方向,针对听障服务提升与各专业机构展开开放合作,推动天籁行动取得三大关键进展。</p><p>腾讯天籁实验室总经理商世东</p><p>第一,通过硬件合作实现"听得清"体验。天籁实验室与诺尔康联合推出的"人工耳蜗+手机伴侣"联合解决方案,使人工耳蜗的语音清晰度、可懂度提升40%。一方面,方案让人工耳蜗使用者能够真实辨别环境"噪音",获取"有效"声音;另一方面,方案将人工耳蜗与手机伴侣间的通信延迟缩减至150毫秒内,降低使用者的听觉延迟感,极大程度提升了听力体验。</p><p>其次,通过软件集成天籁AI语音增强功能,解决听障人士远程康复治疗痛点。天籁实验室和美笛乐共同开发全球首个集听力测试、辅听、远程听力服务于一体的APP美讯听宝,帮助听障人士在疫情出行不便的情况下,不出家门也能通过听力测试功能随时掌握自身听力状态,并远程连线听力和康复专家接受会诊调机和康复指导服务,帮助更多听损人士在语言能力康复的黄金期,重新让耳朵苏醒,学习说话和沟通。同时,通过AI辅听功能也能在噪音等环境下听得更清。</p><p>第三,通过积极联动社会机构和公益组织,天籁行动延伸出更多元化的形式,助力听障人士融入社会。在本次发布会上,腾讯会议、中国聋人协会、腾讯公益慈善基金会和浙江省微笑明天慈善基金会共同发起"悦耳行动",致力为听障人士提供人工耳蜗植入手术救助、康复训练支持及职业培训等服务内容。</p><p>悦耳行动项目捐赠仪式</p><p>创新要走得更远,科技要更好地服务于人,只有依靠开放、合作的力量。作为天籁行动公益大使的歌手周深,今年还携手天籁行动受益者,发起全新艺术创作,通过一部《我想听见》公益诗朗诵短片,呼吁更多人加入关爱听障人群行列,共同为构建信息无障碍社会贡献力量。</p><p>天籁行动公益大使歌手周深发布《我想听见》公益诗朗诵短片</p><p>持续探索科技公益落地路径以科技创新助力可持续社会价值输出</p><p>中国残联理事、中国聋人协会主席杨洋在致辞中表示:"很高兴能够看到腾讯、诺尔康、奥地利美笛乐等公司和一些公益组织的积极行动,用科技力量辅助人工耳蜗使用者在噪音环境下的聆听。腾讯更是通过天籁行动、线上听力测试等项目,引导社会大众关注、了解和助力听障群体,积极消除社会对听力残疾的误解。"</p><p>中国残联理事、中国聋人协会主席杨洋</p><p>一直以来,腾讯都坚持"以用户价值为依归",践行"科技向善"的使命愿景。2020年,腾讯正式发起科技公益计划,搭建开放平台连接技术志愿者和社会公益需求,共同推动科技公益事业发展。</p><p>天籁行动作为科技公益计划的首个项目,从"技术开放""听力筛查"和"康复行动"三方面进行着手,携手合作伙伴为听障人士开创更多元化的支持。由此起步,天籁AI技术从一项服务于腾讯会议的内部技术,成为听障人士相关公益项目的技术支撑。天籁行动,将科技创新成果从产业领域带向公益领域,得到更大范围的普及。</p><p>2020年12月25日,腾讯会议成立一周年之际,腾讯天籁实验室联合北京爱的分贝公益基金会共同发起"帮听障儿童说出爱"项目,号召腾讯会议用户捐赠会议时长,按照一定比例兑换为公益金,用于帮助更多听障儿童进行听觉言语康复训练。项目共有2800多万人参与,累计捐出会议时长达10亿,计划帮助227名听障儿童进行康复训练。</p><p>2021年3月3日全国爱耳日,为了呼吁人们关注听力健康,了解自己的听力受损程度,腾讯天籁实验室联合新华社·声在中国、中国听力语言康复研究中心、中国听力医学发展基金会等机构单位,推出线上数字测听,在线即可测试听力健康水平。</p><p>腾讯公司高级执行副总裁、云与智慧产业事业群CEO汤道生表示,AI技术不仅可以在工业、金融等产业场景,为产业客户带来价值;还应该在适老、听障等社会责任领域进行应用,助力无障碍社会建设,实现人工智能价值的最大化--服务于人。</p><p>腾讯公司高级执行副总裁、云与智慧产业事业群CEO汤道生</p><p>今年4月,腾讯成立了全新的可持续社会价值事业部,在内部与腾讯各业务线联合成立"向善实验室",未来希望进一步借助云计算、大数据、人工智能等科技手段,通过技术开放与联合开发,探索科技创新服务于人、服务于社会的更多可能性,与社会各界共创数字时代的向善实践,共建可持续发展的社会价值。</p>' |
